We've been manually buying $SHOT back into it with it (the $SHOT reserve isn't locked, so we can convert it back to ETH if we ever need to use it that way). Reward payouts run automatically from a separate wallet the treasury tops up periodically. Both wallets are ours, so the numbers below are the two combined.

Every call costs 100 $SHOT, paid into a dedicated wallet. Every 8 hours, that wallet's entire balance gets split pro-rata among every wallet holding 1M+ $SHOT. We never keep a cut.

Every 8 hours we take 30% of the just-ended period's real Flap trading revenue, buy the coin that ranked #1 that period on Uniswap, and airdrop it pro-rata to every wallet that held 1M+ $SHOT for the entire 8-hour period. Buying in right before the snapshot doesn't qualify.
