Splitshot (“we,” “us”) provides a coin-curation and leaderboard tool built on Robinhood Chain. By using splitshotofficial.com (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Not financial advice

Nothing on Splitshot (scores, labels, leaderboard rank, coin data, or anything a user posts) is financial, investment, or trading advice. Memecoins are extremely high-risk; many go to zero. Tokenized stocks carry their own market risks and are not the same legal instrument as owning the underlying share; see Robinhood Chain's own documentation for details. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

Splitshot is an independent, third-party project built on Robinhood Chain. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Robinhood Markets, Inc.

Data accuracy

Coin data (market cap, liquidity, holder stats, safety signals) is pulled from third-party sources (GMGN, Dexscreener, on-chain RPC) and our own automated scans. We don't guarantee it's accurate, complete, or current. Always verify independently before trading.

Your account and wallet

You sign in by proving control of a wallet (a signed message, never a transaction or approval that moves funds). You're responsible for keeping your wallet secure. We can't recover access for you if you lose your keys.

Calls and rewards

Registering a “call” and any resulting leaderboard rank or ROI are not a promise of payment. Rewards are paid in real $SHOT, sized from that period's actual revenue. We make no guarantee about $SHOT's value or that any given period pays out at all. A period with no positive-ROI callers pays out zero, by design.

Community content

Reasons, comments, and reactions you post are your own. You're responsible for what you write. We can remove content or suspend accounts for spam, abuse, manipulation (including Sybil attacks on calls or governance), or anything illegal.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is paid on-chain in USDG to our treasury address. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain, so we cannot reverse a transaction. Double-check the amount and address before sending.

Governance

If you hold enough $SHOT to propose or vote, participation is subject to the thresholds and rules described on the Governance page, which may change as the system matures.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Splitshot and its operators aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses, smart contract risk, or third-party data being wrong.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
