What we collect
Signing in only requires proving control of a wallet. We don't collect your name, email, or phone number. What we do store:
- Your public wallet address (visible on-chain anyway, not a secret).
- A display name, and a profile picture if you upload one.
- The calls, reasons, comments, and reactions you post: these are public by design, shown to every visitor.
- Basic request metadata (IP address, timestamps) used only for rate-limiting abuse, not sold or shared.
What we don't do
We never ask for your private key or seed phrase, and no signature you give us can move funds. SIWE (Sign-In with Ethereum) only proves you control the address. We don't sell your data to third parties.
Third parties we rely on
Coin data comes from GMGN and Dexscreener's public APIs. Some token images are fetched directly from the Robinhood Chain RPC or IPFS gateways. Premium payments are verified by reading public on-chain transfer events. We don't process card payments or hold your funds.
Blockchain data is public
Anything you do on-chain (payments, any future $SHOT transactions, governance votes once live) is permanently public on Robinhood Chain by nature of how blockchains work. That's true regardless of what this policy says, and outside our control.
Cookies & sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party ad or tracking cookies.
Data retention
We keep account and call data for as long as your account exists. Want it deleted? Reach out and we'll remove what we can. Public on-chain activity itself can't be deleted by anyone.
